Billing questions
Is search really free forever?
Yes. Live USPTO search, the clearance risk read and suggested filing classes are free and unlimited, with no account required. We monetize monitoring, full reports and the API, not the core search.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — Pro and Agency are billed monthly with no lock-in. Cancel from your billing settings and you'll keep paid features through the end of the period you've already paid for.
What's the difference between Pro and Agency?
Pro is built for a single founder or seller clearing and monitoring their own names. Agency adds a client portfolio, bulk clearance and monitoring, team seats and a hosted MCP server for agencies clearing names at scale.
How do I get Pro right now?
Card checkout via Stripe is being finalized. In the meantime Pro is granted manually to allowlisted accounts — email hello@brandmity.com (or your registered support address) to request early access.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't issue partial-month refunds except where required by law, but you can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you've paid for.
